MY EXPERIENCE

Senior Art Director

Hisense USA | May 2021 - Present

As Hisense’s Senior Art Director | Brand Content Manager, I oversee creative processes and enhance the brand’s digital marketing campaigns, website, and retail presence, including product pages, signage, installations, in-store POPs, promotions, and brand ambassador activations. My responsibilities include creating and updating website content, new product information, and ensuring functionality and maintenance. I collaborate with the marketing team to develop assets for product launches, NPI for CE and HA, packaging designs, messaging, videos, and line review decks. Managing packaging updates and partner approvals is also part of my role. I review all branded materials and creative from internal marketing, agencies, content and platform partners, and retailers. My involvement extends to CE & CES trade show exhibits, booth strategy and design, and retailer exhibits like endcaps and TV walls, where I provide creative direction and on-site support. Additionally, I oversee content and product updates for retailers’ websites, including brand pages, PDPs, and enhanced content. I train and manage the marketing coordinator on creative processes, project tracking, and asset management. I also collaborate with the digital agency Influence Marketing for website content development and design, and with Wunderman Thompson to create assets for retailer PDPs.

At Symphony Talent my expertise revolved around team collaboration and transforming internal and external strategic campaigns into captivating realities for various product lines. My passion for arts and design was complemented by a keen curiosity in exploring new and emerging technologies. Through my efforts, I helped streamline workflows by establishing efficient processes, facilitating the successful execution of creative and marketing initiatives for pitches. Over the course of my career, I took charge of crafting numerous career websites, campaigns, and pitches for over 20 brands. My contributions extended beyond creative endeavors, as I played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Atlanta office, securing prestigious clients such as UCLA Health, Discover Financial, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Northside Hospital, Edward Jones Investments, and many others.

I worked for Cox Automotive as a contractor, where I was responsible for creating a diverse range of design projects. These include producing engaging print collateral, crafting captivating Designs for digital publication and signage, designing dynamic Powerpoint presentations, and spearheading logo development for various brands. Additionally, I was involved in creating visually appealing email designs & publications, and I showcase my artistic skills in crafting pixel art, particularly icons. Moreover, I created informative and visually stunning Infographic Illustrations. I took pride in working with esteemed brands such as Auto Trader, Audi, BMW, Toyota, and many others, ensuring their visual representation aligns seamlessly with their brand identity and marketing goals.

Senior Visual Web Designer 

Acuity Brands Lighting | Mar 2015 - Oct 2017

During my tenure at Acuity Brands, I held the responsibility of overseeing and art directing the cohesive and visually appealing aspects of more than 20 brands. I optimized workflow by introducing effective processes for the successful execution of creative and marketing endeavors. I conducted annual performance assessments and set clear objectives for the team. My duties contained creating and supervision of print materials, digital campaigns, and user experience across 27 diverse brands within Acuity. Working alongside fellow teammates, I took a leadership role in guiding multiple designers and production artists to transform concepts into polished final designs.

Oldcastle Inc | Mar 2013 - Nov 2014

Starting my professional journey at Oldcastle, I was involved with internal brands like Oldcastle Agriculture, Oldcastle Precast, and Lawn & Garden. My primary focus revolved around digital media, including rich display banners, eCRM, microsite’s, outdoor digital signage, and video editing. Collaborating with sizable and diverse teams, I honed the necessary discipline to excel in a structured and professional setting.
