Edward Jones
Edward Jones is 100-year-old-firm built for now. Specializing in helping individual investors rather than institutions. And as a privately-owned company, they are able to focus on relationships rather than shareholder returns.
Edward Jones has consistently been ranked among the best companies to work for by FORTUNE magazine, and their employees tend to stay with them for years. As a privately-owned company, Edward Jones has a very personal feel that's almost like family.
Out of their partnership structure grows a spirit of collaboration. With a shared focused on doing what's best for clients, communities and one another.
Edward Jones’s brand blended into a sea of sameness and failed to express its proactive, dynamic reach for recruitment that gives its employees peace of mind, comfort, and confidence.

The Approach
We saw an opportunity to visually position Edward Jones as the sleuth that's shining a light on the darkness in the investment industry. We leaned into two-dimensional design and simple shapes that created visual intrigue and movement.
Drawing from the bold color palettes, we anchored into Edward Jones vibrant yellow and dark blue for accents. The supporting palette contains a mix of mid tones, and it strikes the balance between finical investments and emotion — and is truly ownable.

Edward Jones's unique approach is evident in its branding and website. Lately, the company has proactively enhanced its recruitment process, mirroring consumer experiences to engage potential employees effectively. Working closely with their team, I helped create a brand identity and career-focused website. This aimed to demonstrate Edward Jones's ability to connect with the aspirations of new recruits.
Our work included diverse elements, such as captivating banners for interactive recruitment quizzes, impactful billboards, and enticing merchandise to attract prospective talent. Edward Jones's bold visual language harmonizes its brand identity across all touchpoints.
